You want to prepare a delicious and quick meal, or you simply don’t like to spend much time in the kitchen? We have the perfect recipe for you. This is how easy it is to prepare potatoes stuffed with cheese! We guarantee that they are very tasty.
INGREDIENTS
– 4 big potatoes
– 7 oz hard cheese
– 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1.8 oz parmesan
– 2 slices of bacon
– 1 green onion
– rosemary
– salt
– pepper
DIRECTIONS
Bake the unpeeled potatoes in the oven. When are cooked well get them out and cut them in half. With a spoon, take the core and put it in a bowl. Mash it well and mix it with grated cheese, chopped rosemary and 2-3 threads of dill. Mix well, then add he mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the potatoes with the obtained composition, then sprinkle the grated parmesan on top. Bake them again until the parmesan is melted and begins to brown.
While potatoes bake, cook the slices of bacon in a non-stick pan, until browned. Take them on a plate on which you put an absorbent towel, to absorb the excess fat. When they have cooled, cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the green onions.
When the potatoes are ready remove them from the oven and sprinkle with chopped bacon and onions.
