Brigadeiro are some delicious home made candies and they are very simple to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
– 14 oz condensed milk
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 6 tablespoons cocoa
– 5-6 tablespoons chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Put in a bowl the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder and boil them on low heat for about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Brigadeiro dough is ready only when it detaches from the bowl walls.
Leave it to cool for about fifteen minutes, then with your buttered hands shape balls with a diameter of about 3 centimeters. Roll them through the chocolate flakes, then leave them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Brigadeiro can be placed in papers for candies and if you don’t have chocolate chips you can cover them with colored sugar candies.
