You want to prepare a quick meal, healthy and very tasty? We recommend the spicy salmon with rice and grilled vegetables. Prepared in just a few minutes and will surely be appreciated by the whole family.
Ingredients:
– 16 oz salmon fillet
– 4 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
– 1 cup rice
– 1 zucchini
– 1 lime
Directions:
Boil the rice in salted water according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, mix the soy sauce with honey and chilli flakes and smear the fish with the composition obtained.
Cook the fish on the grill until it is well done. Cook also 1/2 lime and the zucchini sliced round.
Take out the fish and put it on a plate and add the boiled rice. Add over the rice the cooked zucchini and squeeze half of the lime over the garnish.
Serve this meal warm, with the remaining half of lime. You can serve it with a glass of white wine.
