Change the look of your house by 3 minor improvements

Each owner of a home makes small annual improvements of the house during the summer to enjoy a quiet winter in a nice intimate setting. If the budget is one that stops you to invest in your home, there are minor improvements, which can make your home seem more expensive and sophisticated, without requiring a hefty price. Here’s what minor improvements can give your home a new identity without major investments!

1. Change the flooring

With so many modern and available options of flooring setup, you have much to lose if you don’t radically change the look of your house, redecorating this space. Choose a material that you can afford (linoleum, wood, bamboo, ceramic tiles, parquet) and help your house to get a new charm.

2. Improve the lighting of your house

Home lighting has an extremely high impact on the indoor climate, so do not neglect it anymore. Experiment with various chandeliers, lamps, table lamps or spotlights to find the ideal formula for each camera.

3. Give your bath a luxurious air

Do yourself a favor and allow yourself a bit of opulence in the bathroom. Replace the ancient bathtub with one more precious, invest in a shower of last generation, install new shelves, buy quality towels, compliment the decor with some chic details (scented candles, for example) and indulge yourself in a 100% reinvented room which makes your home look more expensive.
