Snowballs recipes

Ingredients:

– 250 g powdered sugar;
– 1 teaspoon natural extract of vanilla;
– 220 g of butter at room temperature;
– a pinch of salt;
– 300 g flour;
– 60 g cocoa;
– 20 chocolate candies with caramel;
– 160 g walnuts, crushed.

Directions:

Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and mix the butter with 120 g of powdered sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa powder until you get a fluffy composition. Add flour and a pinch of salt and continue to blend with a mixer until the dough takes shape. Add nuts and then shape the cookies with a spoon.

Flatten each piece with your hands and put in the middle one caramel chocolate candy. Then cover it with another piece of dough and give it the final shape of snowball.

For 10 minutes, put the pan in the hot oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, pour remaining powdered sugar in a bowl and then give the cookies through it.
