Play with the colors, in the children’s room

Of all the areas of a house, children’s room allows you to literally play with shapes, but especially with colors. Here are some examples of very interesting combinations that you can do in the kids bedroom:

Strong shades

When it comes to your children, there is no restriction. In their room, strong colors are the ones that make the law. Discuss with the children together and choose the shades they like. Designers recommend not to combine more than two strong colors and to lighten them using more white.

Patterns

The room of a teenager can come to life if you use patterns. Specifically, the wallpaper with multicolored geometric shapes. It is enough to apply it on one wall because otherwise you will load too much the atmosphere. Choose a wallpaper in shades already found in the room, whether it’s about a carpet or furniture.

PATTERNS

Colorful washable paint

Straw yellow and light green are two colors that blend perfectly and that will shine the room. They are bright and are not tiring, so it’s worth taking them into account. If you have a girl, then pink bed linen will go well with these two colors.

COLORFUL WASHABLE PAINT

Decorative cushions

Also, when you want to play with the colors in the kids room, you can count on decorative pillows. The little ones love to play with them, because they are soft and fun. They are also easy to clean, which is another advantage.

DECORATIVE CUSHIONS

Cheerful frames

An easy way to decorate and fill the empty space on the wall in an artistic way is to choose the drawings made by children and fit them in colorful frames. Their colors should be found in other parts of the bedroom as the carpet in the picture above.

CHEERFUL FRAMES

Multicolored stripes

A panel in horizontal stripes to fit child’s bed looks very lively and manages to give a unique spatiality to the room.
