While many people are trying to arrange a more comfortable bedroom and rely more on functionality than on aesthetics, those who can afford and have exuberant imagination decorate their incredibly beautiful bedrooms, with nonconformist designs. These bedrooms of luxury homes or luxury hotels have earned a place on the list of the most strange rooms in the world.
BEDROOM WITH INTEGRATED POOL
It is true that nothing compares with a dip in the pool, followed by a relaxing sleep, but from here to building a true pool in a bedroom seems to be a long way. But not for the architects who have made the design of an exclusive resort hotel in Mykonos, Greece.
One of the bedrooms is furnished as a completely normal room, but it is accessorized with a “banal” swimming pool with a turquoise water which conquers you at first sight.
FUTURIST BEDROOM
A bed that levitates, a furniture that looks like a coffee table and another that does not have a very precise use, form the futurist bedroom with a nonconformist design. The suspended bed, which is the star of this incredible bedroom, is fixed directly in the wall and is equipped with a system that prevents its fall or detachment.
BEDROOM OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN
Another incredible bedroom with a nonconformist design can be seen in an exclusive hotel in the Maldives. The bedroom has glass walls and ceiling and offers a wonderful view of the ocean fauna. The room is decorated very simply, in order to not distract from the marine beauties.
GRAFFITI BEDROOM
You must be really passionate about graffiti to arrange your bedroom half covered by colored permanent paint sprays. Furniture, window frame, curtain, floor? Who understands what is in this room almost entirely covered by colored drawings and writings?
BEDROOM WITH DISTORTED WALLS
Last but not least, we want to show you an incredible bedroom with distorted walls. The nonconformist design looks distorted just until you start to decipher it. In fact, the walls are straight, but have all kinds of asymmetric shelves integrated and false plywood applied over.
