Homemade cheese ready in 3 hours! A 100% natural product!

What do we know to say about the cheese on market shelves? Is it 100% natural? Cheese is a dairy product with a very high concentration of calcium, so necessary to the human body. And is there a child who doesn’t like cheese? But the little ones need to be fed with healthy homemade food!

Homemade cheese

Ingredients:

– 34 fl oz milk

– 1 tablespoon salt

– 7-10 fl oz sour cream

– 3 eggs

Directions:

– Put salt in the milk and put it on fire.
– Meanwhile beat the sour cream and eggs.
– As soon as the milk begins to boil, add the sour cream and eggs mixture.
– Put the mass to strain after it thickens separating from the whey.
– Leave the whey to drain well.
– In a few hours it can be served.

If you add a little turmeric, the cheese will have a more pronounced yellow color. You can also experiment with different herbs such as dill (in this case, slightly reduce the amount of salt).

P.S. They say cheese bubbles are obtained by adding baking soda, but in that case the quality of 100% natural is compromised.

Enjoy your meal!
