The guests knock on the door and your table is not ready yet? Here are two recipes for appetizers you can prepare quickly, so you could put them on the table in 10 minutes.
Smoked salmon and cream cheese
You need 150 grams of smoked salmon, 150 grams of cream cheese, an onion, a green cucumber, two tablespoons of lemon juice, dill and pepper. Chop onion into small pieces and mix it with cream cheese and dill. Cut the cucumber in slices and put some cheese on the piece of cucumber. Above, put a few slices of smoked salmon, pepper and sprinkle the appetizer with lemon juice.
Baguettes stuffed with mackerel and pickles
You need a long baguette, a package of smoked mackerel, a pack of butter, egg whites cooked, a handful of olives and assorted pickles. And obviously, salt and pepper. Clean the mackerel from bones, then cut the egg whites, the olives and the pickles into small cubes. Squeeze the pickles. Mix everything with the package of spreadable butter, spice with salt and pepper and fill the baguette after you hollowed its core. When ready, cut the baguette in slices. Ideal is that this appetizer to be served the next day, but it can be put on the table also immediately if the filling has a denser consistency.
