The most quick cheesecake! Ready in 5 minutes

When you have guests, you want to impress them with something good to eat. How about a cheesecake? It seems the ideal dessert in winter.

When you’re running out of time, the quick cakes are the best solution. Because they get you out of trouble and you also have time to stay with your guests. The cheesecake is perfect with a cup of coffee.

Its advantage is that it can be extremely easy to prepare. I found a recipe that guarantees you a delicious cheesecake ready in just 5 minutes! Yes, 5 minutes! Here’s the recipe:

most quick cheesecake

Ingredients:

– 11oz cream cheese

– 6 tablespoons powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons sour cream

– 1 egg

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 1 sachet vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla extract

– 14oz digestive biscuits

– 8 silicon muffin cups

Directions:

Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin. Melt the butter in a pot and add it over the crushed biscuits, then knead to incorporate well. Put a layer of about one centimeter in the silicon cups and rub well. Put the cups in a pan, then put them in the microwave for one minute at 700 watts.

Put in a bowl the cream cheese, add the sour cream, sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix them well, possibly with a blender until it is smooth. If you feel that it needs more sugar, you can add it until you get the desired taste.

Pour this mixture in the silicon cups. Put them in the microwave for another 2 or 3 minutes.

This cheesecake is served cold from the refrigerator, where it is better to have stayed a few hours. It’s perfect as a breakfast, and also as a dessert with a cup of coffee. You can put over it two teaspoons of jam.
