Strawberries are the fruits of these early days of summer and it would be a shame not to take advantage of their flavor. A tart with mascarpone cream with plenty of strawberries that you will love.
INGREDIENTS
– 21 oz strawberry
– 8.8 oz margarine
– 14 oz flour
– 4 tablespoons water
– 4 tablespoons oil
– 2 tablespoons vinegar
– 7 oz liquid cream
– 8.8 oz mascarpone
– 1 lime
– vanilla essence
– 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
– salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix in a bowl the flour, margarine, oil, vinegar and water and add half a teaspoon of salt. Mix well, then let the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a deeper bowl, with a mixer beat the cream until stiff, then add mascarpone cheese and mix a little more. Add the lime juice, vanilla and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
Put the dough into a tart pan and put it for 10-15 minutes in the oven, and bake until it is golden brown. Then, add the filling and cover the entire surface with strawberry halves.
Leave the tart in the fridge for half an hour, and when you will put it on the table you will have a very aromatic and refreshing dessert.
