Fish is one of the foods most recommended by nutritionists, whether you want to lose weight or want to have a nutritionally balanced diet. Therefore, we decided to offer you the health solution, to impress your friends or your loved one with a sophisticated dish, but easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
– 4 pieces of salmon medallion
– 4 pieces of baby carrot & baby corn
– 8 pieces of asparagus (2 per serving)
– 4 radishes
– 17 oz celery
– 2 teaspoons of Vegeta
– condiments for fish
– 3.5 oz butter
– 4 tablespoons of olive oil
– juice of 1 lemon
– fresh mint
– wheat germ
DIRECTIONS
Put the salmon, boneless for at least 30 minutes to marinate in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and condiments for fish, then bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Separately, wash the asparagus, baby carrots, baby corn and radish. Put in ice for 1 minute and then in hot water for another 4 minutes. Then cook them in the pan with butter and season with salt to taste. Boil the celery in water with Vegeta for extra flavor and mix with fresh mint.
