RELAXATION CORNER. 9 IDEAS FOR YOUR GARDEN

It is worth it to spend sunny days outside, especially when you have a beautiful garden. Regardless of size, there are solutions to make space for a relaxation corner, where you can dine, read, have a chat with friends and family. Here are nine ideas for all tastes:

1. ROUND BENCH

You can make yourself such a bench. Or call a skilled carpenter. It is built around a tree and becomes extremely comfortable once you attach a few cushions on stem-backrest. Perfect for small, narrow spaces, where you can not arrange a pavilion.

2. BENCH WITH FLOWERS

The back of this bench functions as a giant flower pot. It is an elaborated project and more expensive, suitable for larger gardens. The wooden floor will help you to walk freely also in wet days, so you can take care of flowers. You can also arrange decorative small holes in the floor. You can plant flowers or make an arrangement of river stones. One such place is perfect also in late autumn days.

3. ROMANTIC BENCH

If you have a large garden, you can place a few banks in a hedge maze. Overlooking the garden, so you have a great view, but easily hidden, so you can stay away from the sun. Such a corner makes you think about the French royal gardens, but remember that you can adjust it after your needs.

4. MODERN ROCKING CHAIR

Maybe you don’t have a large garden, perhaps you prefer to sit outside in a shelter, but to have enough privacy and silence. Here is a perfect solution. A suspended swing , with a few pillows and smooth carpet matching up the perfect setting. And you are also protected from the rain!

5. RUSTIC BENCH

This is a perfect example of combining the practical function with the decorative one. Inspired by a wheelbarrow, but with comfortable bottom, this bench is perfect for patio and garden. Move it in a place protected from rain and snow and you can enjoy moments of relaxation also in winter, with a cup of tea or mulled wine.

6. BENCH FOR SMALL GARDENS

You don’t need a large space to set up this bench. A combination of modern and cottage style that can be different every day by the chosen decor. For added effect, choose soft pillows and a wrought iron clock. A perfect place to read a good book or enjoy a tea with friends.

7. CONTEMPORARY BENCH

A luxury project, which, indeed, requires an important investment is this: overlapped marble plates, granite or travertine, hardwood floor and undulating forms, that make you think about an exotic luxury vacation. Use pillows custom made to have a more comfortable seat and backrest cushions in assorted colors. For the whole atmosphere, if you’re behind a wall, do not let it blank. Paint it.

8. FUTURIST BENCH

A modern space, perfect for gardens that don’t have much green space. It is quite easy and it isn’t expensive, but the effect is maximum. You can use other decorative objects, but it is important to combine neutral tones with a strong color that will come into notice. You can add some oversized flower pots.

9. SHABBY CHIC ROCKING CHAIR

Obviously, from the “inventory” of space of relaxation for garden just could not miss the classic rocking chair. Made of wood, hidden among your favorite flowers, perfect for two. Place it at the end of a cobblestone alley so every ride seem torn from one of your favorite novels.
