PLAY WITH COLORS IN THE CHILDREN’S ROOM

Of all the areas of a house, children’s room lets you literally play with shapes, but especially with colors. Here are some examples of very interesting combinations that you can use in the kids bedroom:

STRONG SHADES

When it comes to your children, there is no restriction. In their room, strong colors make the law. Discuss with the kids and together choose shades that they like. Designers recommend to not combine more than two strong colors and to lighten them using more white.

PRINTS

A teenager’s room can come alive if you use prints. Specifically, the wallpaper with multicolored geometric shapes. Just apply it on one wall because otherwise you will load too much the atmosphere. Choose a wallpaper in shades that are found in the room, be it about the furniture or a rug.

COLORED PAINT

Straw yellow and light green are two shades that blend perfectly and that will give shine to the little one’s room. They are bright and not tiring colors, so it’s worth taking them into account. If you have a girl, then pink bedding will go well with these two colors.

DECORATIVE PILLOWS

Also, when you want to play with the colors in the children’s room you can also count on decorative pillows. The little ones love to play with them, because they are soft and fun. They are also easy to clean, which is another advantage.

CHEERFUL FRAMES

An easy way to decorate and fill the empty space on the walls in an artistic way is to choose drawings made by children to frame them into colorful frames. Search as their colors to be found in parts existing in the bedroom, as the carpet in the image above.

MULTICOLORED STRIPES

A panel in horizontal stripes that frames the child’s bed has a very vivid effect and manages to give a unique spaciousness to the entire room.
