You’re tired and do not want to spend much time in the kitchen after a long day of work? Prepare a quick dinner, which you can enjoy with your family or your couple partner. It will not take more than 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
– 9 ounce salmon fillet
– 7 ounce potatoes, cut into quarters
– 1 fennel, cut large pieces
– 1 lemon, sliced
– 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
– 3,5 ounce black olives, pitted, cut in half
– 1 egg, beaten foam
– olive oil
– salt
– pepper
– 1 cup white wine
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350F.
Put the potatoes to boil in salted water. Let them boil for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the fish, tomatoes, fennel, lemon and olives. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally add boiled potatoes and mix well.
From tin foil form a bag. Grease three of the ends with beaten egg, then seal them well, so the sauce does not leak.
Add fish and vegetables in the formed bag and pour the wine over them. Seal also the other end of the bag. Put it in a pan and cook the fish for 18-20 minutes.
When ready, unpack the bag with care, leaving the steam to come out, to not burn yourself. Add the contents on a platter.
