You lust for a healthy dessert? Try these muffins that are quickly to prepare and don’t require a lot of ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
– a cup and a half of oatmeal
– 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– a pinch of salt
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 egg
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– raisins and dates
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven.
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the other ingredients sequentially and mix well the entire composition. Finally integrate the raisins and dates.
Pour two tablespoons of composition in the baking forms and leave in the oven for about half an hour.
