Are you on a diet? You don’t have to permanently give up all the sweets. Choose to prepare desserts with fewer calories. They are healthy, nutritious and satisfy your sweet tooth. In addition it does not require cooking. Here’s how simple you can prepare this dessert.
INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1/3 cup honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– 2 cups coconut flakes
– 1 cup oatmeal
– 1/4 bitter chocolate chips
– 1/4 chopped comfits (cherries, apricots, raisins, etc.)
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl add honey, vanilla and peanut butter. Then incorporate a cup of coconut flakes, oats, chocolate and comfits. Mix well and leave everything in the fridge for half an hour.
Take the composition out of the refrigerator and, using your hands, form balls of equal size. Pass every ball through the remaining coconut. Put the balls in special papers for candies. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
