The house next to the sea and the forest

Let’s discover today a spectacular home in sunny Italy. The house, located on a wooded hill, is very elegantly furnished and has a stunning view of the sea. Here’s how the very beautiful house looks, and the original images which can be tracked from the window:

Two apartments in one

The house is part of a complex called Residence di Pinamar, located on the Ligurian Sea coast, not far from the border with France. Basically, it is a terraced complex built in the 70s, which took its name from the natural beach nearby.

Each floor of the complex has large terraces, open to the sea bay, that make you feel like you are actually on the ground floor of a villa situated directly on the beach.

The house that we present is situated on the sixth floor of the terraced complex and it has been renovated recently. Two apartments were combined to obtain such a vast space and a house that does not miss anything.

The position of the building is privileged and architects have speculated a lot the perspective given by the height of this apartment. Therefore, each room has a direct exit to the terrace of the apartment. To harmonize with the exterior environment, designers have dressed the embankment in marble and grass, so that the owners of the building have nature at their feet.

The rooms are modernly furnished and from the high windows you can admire, either from the sofa, the table or directly from bed, all the surrounding area. Moreover, these mobile windows allow to extend the interior space to the terrace.

The kitchen is decorated in a minimalist style, without any excess of furniture or accessories.

The bedrooms and bathrooms, white and welcoming, are oriented to the nearby pine forest, a very quiet place.

The terrace and the whole house was equipped with an intelligent lighting system, so to fit perfectly in harmony with the environment.

The little stone pool, situated at the end of the terrace, has a very intimate and natural aspect.
