Glass offices make employees feel closer to nature

Lately there has been a new tendency among employers and employees that work in office buildings of cubicles as they are more often called. That tendency is the drive towards nature and natural work environment. The real problem with the 9 to 5 job is that it takes place in an unnatural work space that has limited light, you feel totally disconnected from the outside world and in time you will see that place as a limited torture chamber. It has been proven that a typical employee will have a hard time concentrating and being productive in a closed space one where all the stimulus are  artificial.

Creativity goes hand in hand with the workspace and being close t nature only makes the employee feel free, creative while feeling good at work. If work is seen like a cage nu wonder productivity and dedication runs low. But how can you work in an office while being close to nature? Well, the guys from Selgas Cano Architecture Office have found a solution. They made their offices into glass capsules in the middle of a peaceful and quiet Spanish forest. The ceiling and the outer wall offer the employees an eye level of the forest ground and makes them feel like they are working while going camping.
