Color is the easiest way to make a house look luxurious, comfortable, pleasant. And although it is hard to choose the appropriate color scheme, from so many shades, things are much simpler. Experienced interior designers say that we should stick to a simple combination and begin to develop the color scheme from it. Here are the recommended variants:
1. White-black
In vogue in the ’20s, in the Art Deco’s time, then rebounded strongly in the 90s, black and white combination is classic and easy to do. Streaks return regularly in fashion, so it is not hard to be “trendy”. Textures are those with which you can play without restrictions to arrange a nice, cozy and luxurious home.
2. Yellow and gray
Another classic combination is yellow-gray. Accentuate those parts of the house that you want to proud yourself on, as a frame of a fake fireplace, an armchair, a table with shades of yellow and add dusty variations of this color in textures: pillows, curtains, rugs, photo frames – smaller items as dimensions. This combination is reserved for lively persons who want to enjoy every moment.
3. Blue and green
Although the combination is not appreciated by many, in fact these two colors mingle naturally, so using blue with green gives a feeling of harmony, natural, like the sea. Moreover, when choosing this color scheme, you should think to the seawater: blue, turquoise, green, like the seaweed…
4. Pale pink and white
If you are afraid that you will get a too adolescent decor, it’s not the case. Dusty shade is subtle enough to blend perfectly with neutral white and create a romantic setting. Do not overdo it with pink, even in a pale shade. Opt for white furniture and go only for pink details.
