Vegan vanilla cake is a delicious and very healthy dessert, which can be eaten at any time with a vegetal latte, if you follow a vegetarian diet.
INGREDIENTS
– 1 and 1/2 cup flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– a pinch of salt
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup soy milk
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add the vegetable oil, soy milk and vanilla extract and homogenize the composition. Incorporate the vinegar and put the dough in a pan lined with baking paper after you anointed it and you sprinkled flour on it. Let it to bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees F.
Serve this dessert at room temperature with a coffee, fresh fruits or a glass of vegetal drinking yogurt.
