If you’re on a diet or you intend to stop abusing sweets, we propose a dessert with fewer calories compared to the original recipe! All you have to do is to make sure you have the ingredients and mix them in a blender!
Ingredients:
– 8 oz raw hazelnuts (20 hazelnuts for the heart of candies)
– 10 hydrated dates
– two tablespoons raw cacao
– two tablespoons of coconut oil
– three tablespoons maple syrup
– a pinch of salt
Directions:
Mince the hazelnuts in the blender, then add dates, cocoa, coconut oil, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Mix until the composition is smooth, creamy and slightly sticky. All you have to do is to mold the candies and insert a hazelnut in the middle of every candy, then roll them through the remaining chopped hazelnuts.
