INGREDIENTS:
– 2 bananas
– 7 oz sour cream
– 0.8 oz rum
– 8 oz flour
– 5 oz brown sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon cocoa
– ⅓ teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mash the banana with a fork until you get a creamy substance.
2. Add the sour cream and mix well.
3. Drip the rum, stir and leave for a while.
4. Sift the flour with the baking soda, cinnamon and cocoa.
5. Beat the eggs with sugar until you get a foam.
6. Sprinkle over the mixture half of the amount of flour and mix well.
7. Add the bananas in the sour cream and sprinkle the flour that you have left. Mix well.
8. Pour batter into the cake tray, oiled and floured.
9. Bake at 350 degrees F, for 40 minutes.
10. Leave the cake to cool 5 minutes, then you can serve it.
