DIY: 5 UNIQUE PIECES OF DECOR FOR YOUR HOME

If you want to bring a few small changes to your home, but do not have much money at your disposal, you must think of interesting decorations, which can be turned into a focal point in your home. Here are some examples that you can simply put into practice:

CHEERFUL CARPET

Nothing creates a more pleasant impression of comfort and warmth as a carpet does. It can be placed anywhere, in the living room, bedroom, kitchen or hallway, and the good news is that there are plenty of ways you can make yourself a unique carpet.

CHEERFUL CARPET

You need a piece of acrylic mesh like those that stick to the back of usual carpets to not slip on the floor. Make some colorful pompons from wool balls from old sweaters, then attach them all on the mesh in what order you like. You quickly get a very fluffy carpet, that your feet will love.

With the same type of mesh you can make another interesting carpet. You need strips of material. They can be old shirts cut in 4 inch long strips, then you knot them by passing them through the eyelets of the mesh.

MULTICOLOR CUBE

A wood cube can become a sophisticated decorative piece. You need multi-colored pieces of felt to make small roses and leaves and then paste them filling the entire surface of the cube. Thus, you get a piece of decor that will not pass away unnoticed by anyone who will step into your house.

VASE FULL OF MONEY

Have you imagined what it would be like to have a vase full of money? Well, you can have it. But filled with money on the outside. As in the picture above. You need small coins, glue and obviously a vase. Preferably one made of unglazed clay, because the glue will adhere better. Arm yourself with patience and begin to stick penny near penny until the whole surface is covered.

VASES FROM EMPTY BOTTLES

Anyone has at home empty bottles, whether from wine, juice or other drinks. It is enough to pour into them a little paint and then spread it all over the bottle. You get a decorative piece that can be used as a vase.

GRAFFITI CABINET

How many times have you imagined yourself scrawling walls with a spray, in a creative access. If you have not yet had the opportunity, try your skills on a cabinet. You don’t have to draw something specific or the writings to have significance.
