The dry cake should not be full of calories and unhealthy ingredients. You can cook a dietetic recipe, with healthy and natural ingredients. In addition, it is delicious and ready in a few minutes. It is ideal for those who want to eat healthy or are on a diet.
INGREDIENTS
– 11-14 oz mix of dried fruits (raisins, prunes, cranberries, apricots, figs, dates, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
– 2 eggs
– 6 tablespoons brown sugar
– 6 tablespoons flour
– 1 sachet baking powder
– a pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Cut the fruits into small pieces and mix them well. Do the same with the nuts.
Add over fruits the well-beaten eggs, salt, baking powder, flour and sugar. Mix everything well with a spoon.
Coat a tray with baking paper and add the mixture into it. If you want you can use also forms for muffins. Bake the cake in the preheated oven to 350 ° F for 40-45 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool completely before you cut it. Serve it with a cup of coffee or tea.
