Cute buttoned decorations

Have you ever thought that buttons are not just for clothes? You can use them to decorate a lot of pieces to transform them into some brightly colored ornaments for your home. Here are some original ideas.

Bouquet of flowers

Such a bouquet of flowers will make anyone who enters your home smile. You can make it together with the little ones, so simple it is. You need buttons of many colors or a single color, but different sizes, and thin wire. Pass the wire through the holes of the buttons, overlapping them three or four, then twist the wire ends to create the stem of the flower.

Lampshade

When it comes to lampshade, you have at least two choices. The first would be to sew all around the canvas some colorful and different buttons. The light that passes through the lampshade will become more interesting because of the game of colors created.

Globe

An old globe will become a sensational piece of decor if you dress it with buttons. Use nacreous buttons and black buttons and try to outline the continents with them, so as the piece remembers its initial usefulness.
