HOW TO CREATE UNIQUE DECORATIONS USING MOSAIC

You want to bring color in your garden? You can create unique and original decorations using mosaics, to put them between flower beds or to give color to the alley.

You need:

– mosaic or tiles in various colors
– slabes with rough surface (choose the desired shape)
– adhesives for tiles
– mortar for exterior

Break the mosaic or tiles into small pieces.

In a roomy pot add water and let them stand there to dampen and to remove any dirt on them.

Wash the surface of the slab you are going to decorate, to remove dust and other dirt. Otherwise there is a risk that the glue will not adhere.

Then apply the adhesive prepared according to the packet instructions, in a generous layer. Watch it to be applied uniformly across the entire slab. Form the desired pattern using tiles and / or mosaic and allow the adhesive to harden well.

After that, apply a generous layer of mortar, making sure that it enters into all the spaces between the pieces of tile. Remove the excess mortar and let it dry, then wash the pieces of tile with water to remove traces of dirt.
