HOW TO CREATE A ‘PAINTING’ OF SUCCULENT PLANTS

If you like flowers and plants, but do not have enough storage space, you can find a variety of solutions to integrate them into your home. A simple and effective solution is to make a ‘painting’ of plants. You can do it yourself, having the chance to choose the size and shape desired.

PAINTING OF SUCCULENT PLANTS

You need:

– a wooden box
– plastic wrap
– acrylic paint
– very resistant glue
– brush
– soil for succulent plants
– succulent plants (for a sensational effect, opt for different species)

Choose a wooden box of the desired size. Paint the outside of the box using acrylic paint in one color. Choose a color that fits the room design.

After the paint dried very well, wrap its interior in plastic wrap and stick it with glue. Choose a resistant plastic wrap, which does not allow liquids to pass through it. The purpose of the plastic wrap is to not let the water run. Before proceeding to the next step let the glue to dry thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part. Let your imagination run wild to create your own painting of flowers. Before placing the flowers in the box, add the soil. Moisten it slightly, then plant the desired flowers. You have to cram them, otherwise they will fall. You can fill the space between plants with lichens.

Watering of the plants will be made using a spray bottle.
