Chocolate crinkles are delicious cookies that bring into the house the aroma of Holidays. Easy to prepare and very tasty, these cookies will quickly become the favorites of entire family.
Ingredients:
– 250g dark chocolate
– 60 g butter
– 100 g sugar
– 230 g flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– granulated sugar
– powdered sugar
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the butter for 10 minutes, until you get a dense cream. Melt the butter and the chocolate using a bain marie. Gradually pour the chocolate and butter mixture over the eggs and mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.
Then add gradually the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix everything well. Then cover with foil and put it in the fridge overnight.
Next form balls and roll them first in the granulated sugar and then in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies on a tray and put it in the preheated oven. Leave for 10 minutes.
When you take out the cookies, let them cool completely in the pan.
