You have a craving for something sweet, but don’t know what to prepare quickly? Discover a simple and healthy dessert.
INGREDIENTS
For the dough you need:
-1/2 cup digestive biscuits, grinded in food processor
– 2 tablespoons coconut / palm butter, melted in a pot of boiling water
– raw sugar to taste
– 1 stick of vanilla, minced with biscuits
For cream you need:
– 2 tablespoons of homemade peanut butter
– 2 bananas
– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
– a little lemon juice
For garnish:
– dark chocolate
– banana chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the biscuits with the melted coconut / palm butter and raw sugar, then press the composition in the cake form.
2. Mix bananas in the food processor, then add the peanut butter, chia seeds and lemon juice.
3. Pour the cream over the biscuits composition and place in the fridge for several hours.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in bain-marie with plenty of cocoa and decorate the cake.
