Asian-style baked chicken is a simple and tasty recipe. It is the pefect recipe with which you can impress your friends and family. Here’s how simple it is to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
– 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
– 3 tablespoons chopped onion
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 bunch green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a capacious bowl, add the chopped onion, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and honey. Mix everything well and then pour the content over the chicken and mix everything well.
Place the chicken in the pan with the marinade and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. But cover the vessel, so that the smell doesn’t enter in the rest of the food from the refrigerator.
Bake the chicken in hot oven at 390 degrees F for 30 minutes then flip the chicken to the other side. Add the chopped green onions and bake the chicken for another 5-10 minutes or until it is baked well.
Take the chicken on a platter and sprinkle with sesame and fresh parsley. You can serve the chicken alone or with a side dish of rice.
