6 radical transformations of the house, which you can put into practice in one day

You have a day off and you don’t know what to do with it? Perhaps to relax would be a good idea. But if you’re the kind of enterprising person, then clearly you have to do something. For example, to radically change the look of a room. Yes! You can do it in just one day. Here are some ideas:

Stick a wallpaper on a wall

Add a nice model on one of the walls of the living room, without exaggerating. Choose an elegant and sophisticated pattern, and the room will seem completely changed.

Organize your workspace

A day is more than enough to put in order your home office. To make it easier, buy a perforated plate and assemble it on the top of the worktable. On it you can fix a lot of things, so you can get rid of all the small things that were surrounding you.

ORGANIZE YOUR WORKSPACE

Paint a wall in a bright color

Brighten the living room by painting one wall in a bright color. Like this lively yellow. A small, but useful tip is that in case you choose a bright color like this, paint the wall facing the north, because in this way it will not be lit up all day long making it too strident.

Customize the headboard

You can change the look of your bedroom in a few hours. You need a cheerful blanket and a box of thumbtacks. And probably scissors in case of small touch-ups. All you have to do is to dress the headboard. You’ll see how everything is suddenly transformed.

CUSTOMIZE THE HEADBOARD

Transform the old chairs with backrest

The chairs with backrest in the kitchen or in the living room are also easy to remodel. You need, in principle, brushes and paint to change their appearance. If you have a little more skill, then you can sew new covers and you will have the impression that you have bought other pieces, not that you’ve transformed the old ones.

TRANSFORM THE OLD CHAIRS WITH BACKREST

Make a drugs shelf

An old drawer can turn in a cupboard for drugs in the fastest way possible. You need a piece of board to attach it inside and to create an extra shelf. Then paint it and when it’s dry fix it on a wall. Nothing easier!
