Choosing colors for the kitchen is perhaps one of the most difficult tasks when you redecorate the house. A simple white may prove too boring or tedious at a time, and stronger hues not always fit in the desired combinations.
1. WHITE, GREY AND THE COLOR OF ICE
A combination of three colors, including two neutral will help to limit the dazzling glare of white in the kitchen. Choose gray for tiles that protect your walls in the kitchen sink area, use white for ceiling and hanging bodies of kitchen furniture and indulge yourself with an island painted in blue glacier in the middle of the room.
2. WHITE, PALE BLUE AND COBALT
Another coloristic trio of effect in a kitchen is the combination of white, pale blue and cobalt blue. Nautical inspired, the combination between the light hues of blue and the depth of cobalt blue give the entire room a refreshing note.
3. GREY AND WHITE
Gray may mask for a short while small stains, but it wouldn’t release from the necessary cleaning in any kitchen. However, grey proves a good choice to decorate a kitchen when combined with white walls. Sallow color gives a soothing air to the room, making you feel truly at home.
4. ORANGE AND BLACK
For a dynamic atmosphere in the kitchen you can combine orange with deep black. The combination of colors is a strong one, but may be tempered by adding metallic accessories inside the kitchen, their gray color neutralizing the effect of the two strong colors.
5. WHITE AND ORANGE
Orange walls covered with white furniture and neutral light colors for tiles and table panels and cabinets in the kitchen create a powerful visual effect that will highlight the entire room.
6. NAVY BLUE AND WHITE
The contrasting effect of navy blue on the white background of the room is refreshing. Add a wooden floor to highlight the elegant simplicity of the blue cabinets and you have created a perfect setting for the privacy of this room.
