5 tips for ecological decorations

The house is the place where we spend most of the time. So its decor must be one pleasant and healthy, to load you with energy and optimism every day. Here are some ecological decorations that will help you protect your health, but also the environment:

1. Plants

One of the easiest ways to give life to a home are plants. They will bring freshness into your home and will create a fascinating and natural play of lights and colors in your home. In addition, plants bring a familiar note, this is why they make any home more friendly.

2. Natural fabrics and fabric fibres

Use as many fabrics and natural fibers instead of synthetic materials. They are an excellent alternative for home decor, especially when it comes tablecloths, curtains, blankets or chair covers. The best fabrics are hemp and bamboo. They can be easily renewed and they are very durable.

3. Wool and cotton

If you have polyester pillows in your house, replace them with ones stuffed with cotton, because they will surely not disappoint you. Also, try to cover the floors with wool rugs. These materials are biodegradable and do not contain chemicals harmful to the environment. There is also a wide variety of textures and patterns to choose the perfect items for your home.
