5 IDEAS FOR VALENTINE’S DAY DECORATIONS

Be properly prepared to welcome your beloved on Valentine’s Day. Express your affection for your companion adorning your house with a few decorations that are quickly to make.

WREATH OF HEARTS

Whether you cut out hearts from colored paper, whether you buy them ready cut from the stationery store, you can easily make a wreath. Cut a ring made of cardboard with a diameter of 20 cm and width 3 cm. Then stick the hearts on it. If you have post-its, then is easier to place them. Then, with a ribbon, tie the wreath on the back of a chair or place it near a mirror.

GARLAND MADE OF CANVAS

From rests of fabrics, cut out equal heart shapes using a template, then sew them or tie the layers together using a fabric adhesive. With a ribbon unite the hearts together so that you get a garland with which you can decorate the headboard or even a wardrobe.

LACY GARLAND

Do you need another idea for a garland made quickly? You need cut paper for decorating the cakes plateau. You also need a thin ribbon. Fold the paper in half and in the middle attach the ribbon. Add more papers until you get a sufficiently large garland. Finally, you can decorate it with small red hearts.

On a panel of wood or cork outline the shape of a heart, then fix nails at a distance of one centimeter between them. In the center of the heart, “write” with the nails “I love you”. When all are in position unite them together with thick cotton thread or a cord. You’ll need quite a lot of thread, so make sure you have enough to finish the project.

DECORATIVE JARS

For these decorative pieces you don’t even necessarily need jars. You need a few glasses, some muffins paper and a ribbon. Put in the glasses colored jewelries, marshmallows or heart shaped chocolates wrapped in tinfoil. Then cover them with muffin papers and fix it with a braid. In just 10 minutes you made some original pieces to decorate any table or shelf in the room.
