1. Detoxifying smoothie with papaya, kiwi and kefir
Ingredients:
– 1/2 papaya
– 1 kiwi
– 1/2 cup of kefir
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
Peel the fruits and cut them into cubes. Add them in the blender with honey and lime juice and mix until you get a smooth paste. Incorporate then the kefir, continuing to mix.
2. Antioxidant smoothie with beet, apple and ginger
Ingredients:
– 1 medium beet
– 1 normal cucumber
– 1 apple
– ginger root to taste
Directions:
Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Cut the apple into small pieces, removing the counterfoil. Add vegetables and fruits in a blender with a piece of grated ginger root. Mix well until you get a soft foam.
3. Smoothie with yogurt, strawberries, banana and mango
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup yogurt
– 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1 banana
– 1/2 mango slices
– 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Add to blender the yogurt, honey, strawberries, pieces of banana, and mango, diced. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous composition. This smoothie is recommended in diets, helping to stimulate bowel movements.
